You're up and running, but your admin is lagging behind. Leave it to me to get all your admin up to date. 

 

  • All aspects of diary management-making appointments, reminders, waitlist management, re-scheduling and cancellations

  • Managing your email inbox, voice mail and website enquiries, including outgoing calls

  • Client support and new client enquiries, including explaining how Medicare rebates apply

  • Ensuring your client intake process is handled with care and complete privacy with referrals and consent forms in place 

  • Data entry and/or scanning and client file management, including uploading referrals/MHCP and other documents into practice software

  • Ensuring your GP letters are drafted, up to date and sent, as per Medicare requirements

  • Process payments, including the processing of client Medicare rebates

  • Third party invoicing to Workcover, TAC, VOCAT, NDIS and others

  • Liaise with third party payers and/or GP’s to ensure client entitlements are in place

  • Follow up of unpaid invoices

  • Basic bookkeeping, including accounts payable and transmitting to your accountant for BAS

  • Follow up of inactive clients

  • Document and /or report preparation for 3rd parties

  • Review, develop and/or update your policies and procedures
