You're up and running, but your admin is lagging behind. Leave it to me to get all your admin up to date.

All aspects of diary management-making appointments, reminders, waitlist management, re-scheduling and cancellations

Managing your email inbox, voice mail and website enquiries, including outgoing calls

Client support and new client enquiries, including explaining how Medicare rebates apply
-
Ensuring your client intake process is handled with care and complete privacy with referrals and consent forms in place

Data entry and/or scanning and client file management, including uploading referrals/MHCP and other documents into practice software

Ensuring your GP letters are drafted, up to date and sent, as per Medicare requirements

Process payments, including the processing of client Medicare rebates
-
Third party invoicing to Workcover, TAC, VOCAT, NDIS and others

Liaise with third party payers and/or GP’s to ensure client entitlements are in place

Follow up of unpaid invoices

Basic bookkeeping, including accounts payable and transmitting to your accountant for BAS

Follow up of inactive clients

Document and /or report preparation for 3rd parties

Review, develop and/or update your policies and procedures
